Marina Manolcheva  The Executive Director is Marina Manolcheva – Master’s degree in Pedagogy and Journalism. She participated in a two-year specialization programme on probation at the Central Lancashire University, Great Britain. She took part in training visits in England, Czech Republic, Romania, Latvia, France, Netherlands, Norway and Russia for NGO and probation service management. She graduated a six-month “Advocacy and lobbying” programme at the American Agency for International Development with practical training in the USA. She participated in training on “Quality management” at TUV NORD, Bulgaria. She was a member of the Public Council at the National Assembly (2002-2005). She is an author of many publications and editions.

Dimitar Rusinov  Dimitar Rusinov - Project Manager.
Master in Pedagogy, 11- year experience in the prison system.
Specialization:
Two year program " Probation Staff Training" at the University of Central Lancashire - Great Britain and British Council; Six month program "Advocacy and Lobbying" at the American Agency for International Development; Practical training in the field of juvenile delinquency and probation in England, Rumania and Latvia. "Quality Management" at TUV NORD, Bulgaria. Author of 19 books and publications, experience in developing and managing projects (40 projects).From 2007 he is a member of the Board of Managers of the European organization on probation (CEP).
